To initiate a software development project, a signed project proposal and a mutually agreed-upon statement of work are required.

Refunds for software development services will be provided based on the following criteria

Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, approvals, and access to resources as outlined in the project proposal. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

Changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client.

Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights of the developed software. Cosmostaker retains the right to reuse non-proprietary code for other projects.

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. Clients may cancel their subscription in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Clients are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Cosmostaker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received during the project or service engagement confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, M.P. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indore M.P Associations

Cosmostaker reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
